Recipe - *DR-2809 HINODE (SIN) SUSHI SU (SUSHI VINEGAR)
 
Futo-Maki Sushi Recipe (4 servings)

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice - 700 gm
Hinode Sushi Vinegar - 60 ml
Roasted Seaweed - 4 sheets
Sliced Cucumber - 4 strips
Canned Minced Tuna - 300 gm
Mayonnaise - Suitable quantity

Directions:
1) Mix cooked rice with Hinode Sushi Vinegar in big bowl and leave it to cool.
2) Mix Minced Tuna can with Mayonnaise.
3) Place one sheet of seaweed on the bamboo mat, spread rice evenly on the seaweed, leaving ¼ on the far side of seaweed uncovered by rice.
4) Place the sliced Cucumber and mixed Minced Tuna across center of rice.
5) Starting from edge closes to you, roll up the mat.
6) Cut Futo-Maki into thickness of 2 cm and serve on plate.
