Rinkosan is the name of a representative mountain in Yaotsu,Gifu Prefecture.

Black vinegar made by the traditional technique of Uchibori brewing.        Brewed with the sweetness of rice.

The sour taste is soft and easy to use.

Sprinkle on stir-fried foods and grilled fish to enjoy the soft acidity  and umami.

It is mellow even if you drink it as it is, but you can make it even more delicious by adding 3 water and honey to 1 Rinkosan black vinegar.
