MARUMI GYOZA KAWA Gyoza Skin
 
Recipe:
Ingredients - Minced pork 150gm
Long Cabbage 300gm (5 to 6 pcs)
Gyoza Skin 1 pack
Gyoza No Moto (DR-1166) 1 pack

*To your liking, you may add Chinese chives and mushroom.
1. Cut long cabbage into small pieces, squeeze all water out.
2. In a bowl, put in the cabbage and pork (and other ingredients, if any), and the packet of liquid and powder found inside the pack of Daisho Gyoza No Moto. Use your hands and mix the ingredients well. Cover it with a plastic wrap. Place it in the refrigerator and leave to marinate for at least ½ hour.
3. Take out (2) and use gyoza skin to wrap. In a frying pan, heat some oil. Put in the gyoza, lined up in the pan. Use strong fire to cook. Pour in 100ml of water and cover with the pan lid, switch to medium fire and let it cook for 4 minutes.
4. Remove the pan lid. Turn to strong fire until all the water evaporates. Pour in a little oil into the pan and move the frying pan round so that the oil touches the bottom gyoza skin. Once the gyoza move, remove.
*Be careful not to use force and break the gyoza skin as strong fire will cause the skin to stick.
5. There is a dipping sauce inside the packet of Gyoza No Moto. Open it when ready to serve.
