Recipe - SR-N41 HOKKAI SEIMEN ASAHIKAWA JUKUSEI RAMEN MISO 2P (NOODLE: SOY SAUCE)
ASAHIKAWA JUKUSEI RAMEN "1. Boil 2-3 litres of water in a pot.
2. Attached 2 small packets (soup paste and lard) - put into a bowl. *If you keep small packets into hot water, it is easy to take it out in a bowl.
3. 300cc - 350cc of water is poured from the pot into the bowl. Mix boiled water, soup paste and lard well in the bowl.
4. Boil noodle in the pot for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Thermal powder is adjusted not to boil over.
5. Drain off water well from noodle and add into the bowl. To your liking, you may serve it with menma, green onion, sesame, seaweed, corn and so on. "
