Terms & Conditions

Introduction
Greetings from Tanesei Trading Pte. Ltd. (hereafter called Tanesei). Welcome to our online shopping mart. It is compulsory that you look through these terms and conditions of use prior to usage of the site. By using or accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Tanesei reserves the right to include any additional guidelines or rules from time to time and you agree to abide by these new guidelines and rules. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue your usage of our site immediately.

Registration
All users of our website will have to register as a member in order to access the site. You will have to provide current and accurate information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in immediate termination of your account. Tanesei reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a registered user in our sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the user to keep his/her password confidential. All users will have to be fully responsible for all activities under the account. It is also the user’s responsibility to inform Tanesei if there is any unauthorized usage of the account. Registration can only be done in the website and not over the phone / fax. All users will have to complete the registration form. Registration is free and open to everyone but maybe subject to change.

Any changes in user’s particulars (ie. address, telephone number, credit card, email etc.) must be submitted through the “Amendment of Particulars Form”. Tanesei will not accept any notification of changes over the phone / fax. Changes to user’s particulars may take up to 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) to process. An email confirmation will be sent to the user once the change has been made.

Delivery
Tanesei strives to maintain sufficient stocks at all times but we seek your kind understanding that “out of stock” situations may still arise. User will be notified via email with regards to their order and if any item/s is/are out of stock. If we can, we will offer an alternative, which you can choose to purchase or not.

There will not be any delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. An email confirmation will be sent to you with regards to the delivery date and time. Please ensure that someone is present at home to receive the delivery. In the event that communication and confirmation has been made with the user and yet no one is around to receive the delivery, a penalty charge of $30.00 will be imposed.

For security reasons, please note that your purchases will only be delivered to your doorstep. Our delivery staff will not enter your residence as instructed by the Management of Tanesei.

Claims / returns / exchanges
We take great pains to ensure that the delivered order is accurate and fresh stocks are delivered to our customers. We recommend that you check your delivery against your order immediately. If there is a discrepancy (ie. shortage of an item/s or wrong item/s delivered), please inform our office (Tel. No. 6777 0262) immediately. Such notification must be made within 24 hours of the delivery. Our office’s operating hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays only. We recommend that you call our office while our delivery staff is still at your premises.

Use of the Website and Intellectual Property Rights
Users may not copy or distribute any part of the website for any purpose. This website and all the materials available on the website are the property of Tanesei and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the website or the materials available on the website in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights or that has not been authorized by us or is otherwise contrary to any applicable laws.

Tanesei reserves the right to deny access to the website to any user if Tanesei deems in our sole discretion that the user has violated any of these Terms and Conditions or has interfered or will interfere with the ability of others to enjoy the usage of this website.
